     We are looking for a Pricing Director who will build out our pricing function in Emarsys from scratch - a newly created role which will have massive impact in our further vision and growth. You will be the key driver for the production of Key Pricing Metrics including Sales Price Realization Scorecards, Custom Pricing trends and product pricing strategy formation. Having the full responsibility for Pricing Analytics on highly complex new and existing products and services, you will work directly with various senior stakeholders across the organization to understand drivers, consult and provide necessary reporting. 

  • Formulate pricing strategy for complex new and existing products/services, product implementation, promotions, distribution channel strategies and selection, public policy issues
  • Analyze competitive data and market trends and drive frequent iteration of pricing for Emarsys’ products
  • Conduct complex crossover and profitability analysis and apply it to an understanding of varying competitive strategies within the industry to make recommendations
  • Partner with product owners to drive pricing and packaging ideas from concept to market test to market launch
  • Interact regularly with Product, Finance, and Sales stakeholders to understand business drivers of customer pricing deals; and with all custom pricing and strategic pricing teams to deliver a consolidated view of activity
  • Identify and communicate reporting requirements for operation reviews; ensure consistency of reporting across all channels; prepare reports with key metrics for communication as needed
  • Lead reporting calls with respective channel to discuss key trends, reporting needs, best-in-class practices and/or areas of concern
  • Identify opportunities to package product offerings together to drive broader adoption of the products and increase revenue
  • Several years of experience leading pricing strategy, utilizing both internal and competitive data sources
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Understanding of pricing impacts on profit margins
  • Solid evaluation, research and analysis skills
  • Highly experienced with Excel, Salesforce and other applicable business systems for data collection, financial analysis and computer modeling
  • Strong and persuasive verbal and written communication, excellent prioritization and time management skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to quickly develop, test, execute, analyze, and iterate, all the while driving consensus amongst multiple senior stakeholders
  • Team oriented - ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to perform in a quickly changing, time-sensitive environment with great attention to detail
