YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guiding financial decisions with focus on Marketing by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing a documented system of controlling processes, policies and procedures
- Reviewing, controlling, tracking and approving marketing expenses on global level and comparing against budgets, providing suggestions
- Managing Marketing budget processes, ensuring adequate annual planning is undertaken
- Preparing Marketing budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. This will be tracked on a companywide level and a country/region level
- Collecting, interpreting and reporting financial data
- Provide real time updates as needed to the CMO and CFO
- Along with marketing team members, calculate campaign performance metrics such as cost per opportunity and payback
- Manage the procurement for the marketing team including contract management and guidance
- Working with the regional marketing managers on making sure marketing budgets are used and allocated
- Training and advising our subsidiaries’ local Office Managers and Marketing Managers in finance tasks
- 3 years of experience in a Finance or Controlling position for an international corporation
- University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in Finance / Controlling)
- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge, especially with regards to working with MS Excel
- Excellent English-language skills
