Sr. Product Analyst @Clear Capital, Roseville, CA Product Full Time

Working closely with Clear Capital’s project management, technical and Saas platform teams, the Sr. Product Analyst will provide leadership in understanding and defining business systems
requirements, project objectives, and deliverables. You will have the opportunity to assist the team in bringing our Collateral Platform and MLS products to market as well as leading strategic research on other use cases of these tools. As you learn our business and product lines, this role will evolve to contain a strategic planning focus working with the Executive Team providing valuable insight into industry trends.

Your ability to research and understand emerging regulations and newly issued guidelines will allow our Product Development and R&D teams to understand opportunities outside of the valuation space. As you develop in this role, your understanding of TILA and RESPA will allow you to converse with clients and drive strategy.


    • Partner closely with the product manager to help define requirements for software products
    • Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team
    • Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements
    • Business requirements gathering and documentation from product end users
    • Translation of business requirements into user stories for our development teams
    • Using modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
    • Meet software deliverables on tight timelines
    • Assist with contract documentationWire-framing and mock-ups
    • Building data dictionariesWork on customer/system integrations
    • Building basic SQL queries Interface with our Saas team including developers and SQA
    • Taking end user questions and finding answers with multiple solutionsDevelop new processes addressing the unique needs of our customers and internal operational needs
    • Provide leadership in analyzing, defining and documenting business system process improvements and integrated system requirements
    • Facilitate meetings with technical and operational teams to analyze business processes and define new system designs


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related discipline
    • Experience in the Real Estate Valuation industry OR Software as a Service/Software as a product
    • Ability to work at a very fast pace
    • Ability to work with varying development staff personalities 
    • Experience thriving in ambiguous software development environments 
    • Manage changing priorities within a fast-paced dynamic environment 
    • Self reliance and personal initiative 
    • Professional polish with previous customer facing exposure (face to face, phone, email) Enterprise customer exposure working on multi-million dollar contracts 
    • Minimum of five (5) years experience conducting business process analysis, design, and documentation 
    • Friendly, customer centric (internal and external), motivated, focused personality 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, diplomacy, problem solving, organizational awareness, creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities with quick turnarounds 
    • Strong experience and skills in business process mapping and the use of project management software, Microsoft Visio and Office Suite
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze business process data 
    • Full life cycle experience in software development including project design, business requirements, functional requirements, development, testing and implementation


    • Agile/SCRUM development
    • JIRA
    • Wire-framing and mock-ups with tools like Balsamiq
    • Workflow and application diagramming
    • Visio or similar tools
    • UAT
