Houzz is looking for someone to join our Sales Planning team as a Senior
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and eCommerce Leadership teams
to create objectives and compensation plans
- Analyze efficacy of current compensation plans and
recommend adjustments as warranted
- Ensure all new employees are provided appropriate
commission/bonus plans when they come on board with Houzz
- Keep accurate records of all employee position and
comp plan changes
- Maintain and improve Sales Planning organizational
systems and efficiency

supervision and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst,
Commissions Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
- Sales incentive plan development and administrative
experience a plus
