Houzz is looking for someone to join
our Sales Planning team as a Compensation
Analyst. You will work directly with the Director of Sales Planning and our Commissions Analyst team to assist in the implementation, design, creation and management of all commission and bonus plans. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, has impeccable organizational and communication skills and thrives on juggling multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and eCommerce Leadership teams
to create objectives and compensation plans
- Ensure all new employees are provided appropriate
commission/bonus plans when they come on board with Houzz
- Keep accurate records of all employee position and
comp plan changes
- Maintain and improve Sales Planning organizational
systems and efficiency
- Perform various administrative tasks

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst,
Commissions Analyst, Financial Analyst, HR Business Partner or similar
role
